Diagnostics
Identifying the cause of the problem and recommending the most suitable solution.

FREE – when followed by servicing, repair, installation or a product purchase.
15 € – when performed at our premises and not eligible for free diagnostics.
30 € – in all other cases or if no repair is carried out after diagnostics.

✔ Computer and Laptop Repair
Troubleshooting and repair of software and hardware problems on computers and laptops.
The price does not include replacement parts or a service visit. Service visit charges. 		from 30 €
✔ Windows Installation and Reinstallation
Installation or reinstallation of Windows, including drivers and essential software.
An upgrade to Windows 11 is also available from Windows 10 without purchasing a new licence.
Installation of Microsoft Office is also included in the price.
Any new Windows licence +20 €, Microsoft Office +25 €. 		from 30 €
✔ Wi-Fi and Home Network Setup
Setup of your Wi-Fi router, internet connection and home devices.
We can help with a weak Wi-Fi signal, network security and router updates.
The price does not include a service visit. Service visit charges. 		from 30 €
✔ Remote IT Support
Fast online help with your computer or laptop via remote access.
No service visit – we resolve the problem directly over the internet.
The rate applies to each started 30-minute period. Payment is made after the service is completed – by card or QR Pay. 		13 €
SSD Upgrade and Computer Performance Improvement
Replacement of a slow or faulty drive with a modern SSD, including transfer of data, applications and system settings.
Significantly improves system startup and application performance. 		from 60 €
PC Motherboard Replacement
Motherboard replacement, including Windows reactivation and installation of the required drivers.
Whenever possible, Windows is not reinstalled – your files and settings remain intact.
The price does not include the new motherboard. 		60 €
Dust Cleaning for a Laptop or PC
Professional removal of dust and dirt, including a cooling system check and replacement of thermal paste.
Helps with overheating, noisy fans and reduced computer performance.
Basic cleaning is included when a PC receives hardware servicing.

The price depends on the complexity and time required (1–2 hours). 		30–60 €
HDD or SSD Health Check
A preventive check of an HDD or SSD that helps identify problems and the risk of data loss early.
Includes disk diagnostics and a reliability assessment. 		30 €
Software Installation
Installation and basic setup of one application or program. 		15 €
PC Component Installation or Replacement
Installation or replacement of a component such as RAM, SSD, HDD, graphics card or power supply.
The price does not include the new component. Motherboard replacement has a separate rate. 		30 €
Connecting a Computer or Laptop to a Network
Connecting a computer or laptop to an existing Wi-Fi or wired network, including basic connection setup. 		15 €
Connecting a Device to a Network
Connecting and configuring a network device such as a printer, NAS storage, TV or media player. 		30 €
Computer Training and Assistance
Individual assistance and training in using a computer, Windows, the internet, email or common software.
Price per hour. 		30 €

Note: The service visit charge includes the journey to the customer and back. If the computer needs to be taken to our workshop, the charge also includes its return delivery.
